We have been releasing a bunch of new features to help agents who use our proposal software always have the edge over their competition.
During our daily reading we stumbled across this brilliant post by Caterina Bassano:
It features statistics out of the Harvard Business Review that shows that most companies are slow to respond to leads and goes on to say that companies that respond to leads within an hour are 7 times more likely to convert leads to sales.

With this in mind, we decided to build our view notification using the fastest method available to the majority of agents, SMS.
